Panko encrusted oyster mushrooms with garlic, white pepper and onion powder. Pan fried till crispy served with toasted sesame seeds and garnished with chopped scallions and drizzled with toasted sesame oil.

A vegetable broth soup with a puree of acorn squash and pears with minced ginger and garlic, diced red bell pepper, adzuki beans and Chinese five spice powder.

Garnished with sautéed Shiitake Mushrooms.
